How to Choose the Right Size:

Measure an existing belt from the buckle to your most-used hole — that’s your waist size.

Example: 102 cm (40”) = size T3

If between two sizes, go for the larger one — belts have extra adjustment holes.

Total belt length is approx. 15 cm (6”) longer than the selected waist size.

A 100 cm (38”) waist belt = 115 cm (45”) full length
