How to Choose the Right Size:

Measure an existing belt from the buckle to the hole you use most—this is your waist size.

Example: If the distance is 102 cm (40"), choose size T3.

If between two sizes, size up—there are extra holes to adjust as needed.

Waist size is 15 cm (6”) shorter than the total belt length.

For example: a 100 cm (38”) waist = 115 cm (45”) total belt length.
