How to Choose the Right Size:

Measure your current belt from the buckle to the hole you use most – that’s your ideal waist size.

Example: If the distance is 102 cm (40”), choose size T3.

If you're between sizes, always size up—you’ll have extra holes to adjust as needed.

The total belt length is approx. 15 cm (6”) longer than the waist size.

So a 100 cm (38”) waist belt = 115 cm (45”) total length.
