1.2. Each watch is covered by a 2-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase.
1.3. The warranty applies only to original products purchased from our store and delivered in their original packaging.
2. Warranty Coverage
2.1. New Watches:
If a manufacturing defect is detected, we will replace the product or its defective parts.
A refund in the form of store credit is also available.
2.2. Used Watches:
We apply the warranty conditions specified by each brand.
Replacement parts for used watches may be provided upon request, subject to availability.
3. Claim Submission Conditions
3.1. To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:
Contact our customer service and describe the issue.
Provide photos, videos, and a detailed description of the defect.
Wait for our team to assess the situation and propose a solution.
4. Warranty Limitations
4.1. The warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from improper use, lack of proper care, or mechanical damage caused by the user.
Normal wear and tear from daily use (e.g., scratches on the glass, coating wear, battery depletion).
Damage caused by third-party interventions (e.g., repairs conducted outside an authorized service center).
5. Claims Processing Procedure
5.1. Upon receiving a warranty claim, we will verify and assess whether it meets the warranty conditions. 5.2. If the claim is approved, we will present the customer with available solutions. 5.3. The decision regarding replacement or repair of the watch is at the discretion of our service team. 5.4. In some cases, we may refuse to provide free replacement parts, but we will always offer available repair options.
