Mili’s Luxury Loyalty Points Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
The Mili’s Luxury Loyalty Points Program rewards our valued customers with points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Earning Points
✔ 5 points for every £1 spent (excluding taxes and shipping fees).
✔ 250 points upon signing up for the loyalty program.
✔ 250 bonus points on your birthday (valid only for registered members who provide their birthdate in advance).
✔ 100 points for leaving a product review (limited to one review per product purchased).
✔ 500 points for referring a friend (your friend must make their first purchase for you to receive the points).
✔ 100 points for following us on social media (Instagram, Facebook).
✔ 250 points for subscribing to our email newsletter (valid for new subscribers only).
Additional Promotions: From time to time, we may offer bonus points for special promotions or events. These will be communicated through our website, email, or social media.
3. Redeeming Points
✔ 500 points = £5 off your next order.
✔ 1000 points = £10 off your next order.
Points can be redeemed at checkout by selecting the available discount option.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or transferred to another account.
Only one discount can be applied per order (points cannot be combined with other promotional codes).
4. Referral Program Rules
✔ You must be a registered member to refer friends.
✔ Your friend must be a new customer and make their first purchase for you to receive referral points.
✔ Referral points will be added to your account once your friend’s order is successfully processed.
✔ You cannot refer yourself or use multiple accounts to earn referral rewards.
5. Expiration & Validity
✔ Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
✔ If no purchases are made within 12 months, unused points may be forfeited.
6. Refunds & Adjustments
If you return an item, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
If a refund is issued after using loyalty points, redeemed points will be credited back to your account.
7. VIP Tiers & Exclusive Rewards
✔ Customers who reach 1000+ lifetime points will be eligible for the Silver Tier, earning 5% more points on every purchase.
✔ Customers with 5000+ lifetime points will be eligible for the Gold Tier, earning 10% more points + exclusive offers and promotions.
8. Account & Eligibility
✔ The program is open to all registered customers aged 18+.
✔ Each customer can have only one loyalty account.
✔ Business or wholesale accounts are not eligible for the loyalty program.
9. Changes to the Program
Mili’s reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Loyalty Points Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
